- Get your wedding license at any of the 254 Texas County Clerks Office
- Today Mail / FedEx / UPS your license to John Barker, 15580 Quorum Drive, #2640 Addison, Texas 75001. Must have the license for the ceremony.
- Go on line VIDEO VOWS RESERVATION filling out the ceremony reservation request.
- Now the fun begins. Where are you dialing in from? Baseball game? State Fair? Concert? Top of a roller coaster? Where is your heart?
- You will then join me via the video app of your choice.
- I will preside over your ceremony, execute the license, and file it with the county.
Q & A
- You MUST get your marriage license from a county clerks office in one of the 254 counties in Texas.
- This is not a "Proxy Ceremony" the couple MUST be in attendance for the ceremony to start.
- I MUST have the marriage license in my hands before the ceremony starts.
